We were informed that the servers which hosted our email were destroyed in a suspected attempted ransomware attack that failed and corrupted all of the data on 8/29/2026. We have moved to a new host.

JEA Products has been manufacturing standard and custom Internal O-ring installation tools since 1978. We opened the company in California, relocated to Kauai, Hawaii for 17 years, and have been in Melbourne, Florida since 1995. We are still under the same family ownership as when the company originated.
JEA Products, Inc. is a small business that specializes in the design and machining of internal O-ring installation tools.
The JEA Internal O-ring inserter is a simple and efficient portable tool for production assembly of internal O-rings. Tools are designed to prevent damage to the O-ring and part during installation. Tools are manufactured of durable metals for years of trouble-free use.
Inserters are available in manual and pneumatic models. We recommend the 1400-model (manual) for short runs and large or heavy parts. For high production of light parts, we recommend the 1430-model (pneumatic) equipped with a foot pedal valve (not furnished). The 1430-model can be handheld for use on heavy parts or workbench mounted. Mounting stands are sold separately.
